The 2018 Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton Is On Display At The Longines Store In Oxford Street, London

Representatives of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games visited the Longines boutique in Oxford Street, London, one day after the ‘Queens Baton Relay Journey’ was held at Buckingham Palace. Peter Beattie AC, Chairman of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, Mark Peters, President of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, and Juan-Carlos Capelli, Vice President and International Marketing Director of Longines, celebrating the ‘Queens Baton Relay Journey’, Switzerland Watch brand Longines is also the official partner of this event. The 2018 Commonwealth Games Queen’s baton imitation is now on display at Longines stores.

   The Queen’s Baton is responsible for transmitting Queen Elizabeth II’s message to a number of athletes, which will be read out at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games. The 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games will be held on the east coast of Australia from April 4th to 15th, 2018.
