Omega Introduces Limited Edition Hippocampal London Olympic Watch

The London 2012 Olympic Games will be opened at the end of July. As the designated timekeeper for the Olympic Games, Omega has an extraordinary significance in this sports event, not only for the 25th time as the designated timing for the conference, but also for the 80th anniversary of the brand’s first official timing since 1932. To celebrate this event, Omega has launched a limited edition of the London Olympics of the hippocampus series. Seahorse Aqua Terra Olympic Series
The tough-looking Aqua Terra ‘London 2012’ 44mm coaxial chronograph is available in two styles. One of them uses a polished matte two-tone case made of 18K red gold and stainless steel with an integrated dark blue leather strap; the other uses a stainless steel case with a matching stainless steel bracelet. Both watches have striking blue dials, which are decorated with a unique vertical texture of the ‘Teak concept’. The small seconds dial at 9 o’clock and the calendar window at 4:30 are extremely eye-catching. The 30-minute chronograph dial and the 12-hour chronograph dial are located at 3 and 6 o’clock, respectively.
